Shipping
Q: What carrier do you use for domestic shipments?
A: We use the USPS, and all shipments should arrive within 2-5 days of being shipped. Please allow 48 hours for processing once orders are placed.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Absolutely. Our standard international shipping fee is $15. We can ship anywhere in the world as long as there is a valid shipping address.
Q: How do I track the status of my shipment?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Click the link to track the status of your shipment. You can also find this information by logging into your account (if you created one), clicking "View Order Status," and selecting "View Order Details" of the order you wish to track. Click the tracking number link under "Tracking Link" to see the status of your shipment.
