Melanin+ Return & Exchange policy

We accept unaltered, unworn merchandise for return or exchange with the original receipt and tags attached up to 30 days after purchase. Merchandise must be in suitable condition for resale. Sale and innerwear items are final sale. Purchases with an original receipt will be refunded using the original payment method for credit or digit cards (if available). Cash refunds are unavailable. A mail check will be issued if the original payment was cash or a debit refund is unavailable. Purchases with a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for a merchandise return card only. A valid ID is required for all credit card exchanges and returns.
